Rules of the game

Fairplay for Teams

To make sure that the game is always played fairly, applaudio has a few rules.
These rules prevent misusing the platform and ensure that the maximum costs for your company remain calculable as well as defined budgets are not exceeded.

Rule #1

Each employee can send a certain amount of Bravos per quarter, which can be variably limited by the company. How these "Bravos" are distributed over the quarter is up to the employee.

Rule #2

Each "Bravo" requires the approval of the company's administrator. This ensures that the recognition is nodded off professionally by your company.

Rule #3

After an employee has distributed a recognition to a colleague, there is a variably adjustable "freeze" period. During this period no further "Bravos" can be sent between these employees. This ensures that no "Bravos" are sent back and forth out of gratitude for a recognition received.

Rule #4

Optionally, “Bravos” can be converted into monetary benefits through the applaudio Reward Program. You as a company determine the amount of the benefits.
